Stone design made in Germany

Just like in the fashion industry the production of concrete blocks is subject to trends. Each customer can realise his individual stone shape and surface in cooperation with the Rampf design centre. The Rampf stone design centre uses sketches, samples and 2-D-drawings to create virtual three-dimensional models with true dimensions. A photograph of a surface is sufficient to simulate a surface colour and structure realistically in 3-D. Already during the simulation, the functionality of the stone design is put through its paces. During the development phase of the concrete block mould the focus is on ensuring that the stone can be produced such that the requirements in terms of surface characteristics, interlocking system, stackability, laying ability and correct mould removal are met. With these virtual models the customer can already prepare the entrance into the market.
